The employees at this store are very rude, I called customer service and asked them to check something for me, and the girl that picked up the phone asked me to hold then later hung up on me.
I called back asking why she hung up on me, she said "I didn't" and then she hung up again!
I called several times later, and they kept on hanging up on me, and when I called again asking for her name she refused to give me her name, so I asked to speak to the store manager, I was then transferred to Drew who claimed to be a "Seasonal Manager" and he said the store general manager is not currently in.
I've advised Drew of my complaint, and also advised him it will be posted on this website and also forwarded to canadian tire customer service.
This store is a joke, the experience I've had wasn't pleasant, and I will never go and shop at that store or even canadian tire again. :mad:
