I just received a call from the Newspaper Call Center, their phone # is 416-630-2172 , 416-630-6658 .
They called me trying to solicit for The Toronto Star newspaper, I told them that I'm on the do not call list, and they said newspaper and charity companies are exempt from the do not call list and that they don't have to follow the do not call list rules!
I believe this is complete BS, every company should follow the do not call list, include Toronto Star and newspaper call center.
