Whenever I send a message to the agents of travel ph on yahoo
messenger, they take forever to reply, I messaged them asking them to
book me for a vacation package and for every question I ask they take
hours to reply, by the time they reply they would sign out because
their shift had already ended.
A travel agency should be reliable unlike how TravelPH is, I also
tried calling them at their Manila phone number listed on their
website www.travelph.com which is 632.294.4891 and no one answered, I
called 5 times already at different times of the day and no one is
answering, has anyone experienced the same or similar problems with
this company??? it seems like the staff working at this Manila office
don't care.

I called the phone # that is listed on your website www.travelph.com which is 632.294.4891 and it is still listed on there on top right, and most of the time no one picks up the phone at that office.
You mentioned that I have used a non-existing telephone number, if so then the numbers you just provided me with how come they are not listed on your website www.travelph.com ? how would the customers know that you changed your phone numbers if you don't inform them and they are not updated on the website? we can' just guess.. and even I tried calling the new numbers you gave me, still no one is picking up.

Is true, if you don't believe me then I would recommend that you speak to your employee at the manila office name "Pia" and ask her to confirm if this is true or not because she knows

I guess the complaint of ANONYMOUS has never been acted upon by MR. MANNY PAEZ or whoever should be responsible in any manner.
I myself as an airline employee have tried availing services of different travel agencies for my accommodation every time I enjoy the perks of free flights.
Recently, I inquired with TRAVELPH accommodations for PANGLAO ISLAND NATURE RESORT. Seeing different 1 day rates for their room types. I inquired how much will it be I spend 2 consecutive nights but with different roomtypes. Got no reply from MS. PIA SANTOS even if my query was still early afternoon..
Sharing a common mail just meant that any of the agent could have received the email since your broadcasting that
"OUR TEAM IS DEDICATED TO SERVING YOU 24 HOURS A DAY FROM MONDAY-FRIDAY BUSINESS DAYS."
What just happened to that "dedication"?
Since I have been so eager to finalize details for the trip, I wanted to know if it's a no or a yes so I could move to other options, I called their office. I asked how much will it be if I purchase two different roomtypes for 2 consecutive nights. I was answered by Zhel who put me on hold for quite long time and overheard someone saying.. 'HINDI.. HINDI PWEDE" (in a pagalit and hight pitch tone).
Zhel got back on me and said "MA'AM HINDI PO PWEDE YUNG GUSTO NYO.. KAHIT 2 CONSECUTIVE NIGHTS HINDI PWEDE EXTRA NIGHT YUNG RATE NUNG ISA SA MGA ROOMS NA KUKUNIN NYO.." ( now.. this is where I was puzzled because I never even asked ZHEL for that specific scenario which I emailed to PIA.. my query to ZHEL was just simply how much is for 2 different room types..
I asked ZHEL... who is that you're talking with a while ago.. is that PIA? and she said YES.
THIS IS THE PART where I really felt insulted. you know the answer and you cannot even reply with those short message so I wouldn't even have to call your office.
I just asked if that would be possible gauging from the set-up I want, it actually is.. and would just like to confirm it at your end.. I'm not haggling in the first place but clearing out technicality of the matter.
FROM THERE.. I felt so insulted. and I just hope nobody would ever receive the 'CONSISTENTLY" 'INCOMPETENT" service of MS.PIA SANTOS.. where TRAVELPH management is just there accepting all these bad remarks about their company and doing nothing..
I am posting my complete name and identity as I am not afraid to expose these kind of people and their service whereas you can get something much better elsewhere.
I also had a problem dealing with Pia from TravelPH.
Same problems described here, she put me on hold for a long time and never sent me the info I requested.
I had sent an email to Manny the President of TravelPH and let him know of the detail on how I was treated by Pia, so he sent me an email saying:
"I appreciate your feedback. As per their report, they could answer your complaints posted on line and in other forums."
So then shortly after I get a surprise message on yahoo messenger:

Me: i am not a liar, are you pia ?
travelph_livehelper: yes...i don't remember any transaction w/ you since i booked you at The Tides...
Me: Do you remember i asked you to send me info on palawan and you took a long time to answer me, read the complaints i posted its all true not lies..
Me: go to google and search travelph complaints you will find it all there
Me: it wasn't only me complaining there is someone else also who replied to my comments on the blog
travelph_livehelper: you have all the freedom in this world to write and say everything against me...go ahead! hope you are satisfied with it! Thank you so much!
So then I replied to Manny's email and stated:

"hey! I know you were the one that emailed my boss! You are a BIG LIAR! Why are you doing this to me?"
I'm not surprised to see this from Pia, I wonder what others will think of this.
Instead of her explaining what happened or apologizing, she insults me! Wow.. Very smart. "
